During this session participants learn different boxing routines and sequences that aim to raise the heart rate from a seated position to  improve cardio as well as doing exercises to build muscular strength.

The range of movement in shoulders and arms of each individual is considered when participating in this class and options are always provided depending on ability. All participants receive a warmup and cooldown, during sessions to prepare/wind down effectively for the exercise. The class is delivered to music to lift the spirits and get everyone involved and have fun.
