There's nothing better than having some social time and a good old chin-wag to connect with friends new and old, to brighten up the day. Our Coffee and Catch-up sessions, allows our service users to do just that, whilst grabbing a cuppa of their choice, other refreshments/snacks are included too.

Its important we connect as a society, have a chat and share experiences, to support one another. Our coffee and catch-up sessions are a great way, to tackle isolation, loneliness and bring people together. Its also a chance to grab some refreshments, have fun and participate in the games/quizzes we offer time to time.
