It improves your cardiovascular system (heart and lungs) and gets blood pumping around the body, to improve circulation.

It also helps to develop stronger muscles as well as the bones….it can help with good posture, prevent injuries and bring balance to the body - not forgetting it can also build confidence/self-esteem and helps individuals to feel good about themself. This activity is delivered in a social fun environment.

It can be delivered in a circuit format, working in smaller groups or altogether in a one-group setting, with music to get participants in the mood and help work through sets/exercise routines.
