A Saturday well spent at @3sixtychampagnelounge with our founder, her daughter Molly, and her friend, all battling chronic back conditions.
As part of our mission to promote accessibility, we conducted a mystery shop and have rated the venue 4 out of 5 freedom butterflies! Here's what we loved:
Staff were helpful when booking a table slot and accommodated wheelchair space.
The lift was large.
There was plenty of room to move around in the bar area and restaurant.
staff were very attentive a big shout out to our waiter Karim who looked after us all very well.
The disabled toilet is very big with room for a large wheelchair.
Lastly the food, of course cocktails and the live singer and pianist was amazing we can’t wait to come back.
But as always, there's room for improvement. Here are some areas we noticed:
Front entrance is sloppy/steep in some areas.
The main entrance doors are very heavy.
The website has no accessibility information
Dedicated lower window seats for wheelchair users should be made available.
Voice over in lift and better signage.
Why not become a mystery shopper for us and tell us what you think!
