Last week, our volunteer access auditor and trustee went undercover as a mystery shopper at Grannie Annie's in Seaburn! And let us tell you, it did not disappoint! The spacious seating was a major plus and the mince and dumplings were to die for! The staff were also super helpful with their services. We gave them a solid 3.5 out of 5 for their accessibility, but there's always room for improvement!
Here are some suggestions for Grannie Annie's:
Install automatic door entry
Lower the bar area.
Clear out unnecessary items in the disabled toilet to create more space.
Let's make sure everyone can enjoy days out to the fullest!
