TUESDAY Online – 2 – 3pm | Online seated fitness with the MS society – Consisting of six weeks yoga and six weeks boxercise. |
TUESDAY Face to Face – 1 – 3 PM Redby Community Centre, Roker, SR6 9QU | 12-week programme consisting of weekly exercise classes (seated yoga, dance, boxercise, muscle strengthening and wellness including wheelie weigh in scales, healthy food demos and a chance to meet new people with a coffee and a chat |
Thursday Face to Face 1.30 – 2.30PM Washington community opportunity group – open until March 31st | For those with mental health/long term conditions, why not attend weekly seated dance sessions. |
Thursday Online 5.30 – 6.30PM | Online our seated Iyengar Yoga , with meditation. Stay online afterwards enjoy a coffee, chat and some bingo |
